class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Ley N\u00b0 21.146 permitir\u00e1 simplificar el proceso electoral de la Juntas de Vecinos y otras Organizaciones Comunitarias, <b>eliminando la calificaci\u00f3n de sus elecciones por parte del Tribunal Electoral Regional<\/b> (<b>TER<\/b>), a menos que se presente alguna reclamaci\u00f3n dentro de los plazos legales.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, incluye medidas de publicidad y transparencia, permitiendo que la fecha de las elecciones y sus resultados, puedan ser conocidas por todos los vecinos oportunamente.<\/p><p>Esta Ley <b>entra en vigencia el 28 de agosto de 2019<\/b>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6ee6d3
