En el caso de personas extranjeras, deben tener c\u00e9dula de identidad definitiva vigente.<\/li><li>Postulen junto a su c\u00f3nyuge, conviviente civil, conviviente o hijo(a). Si tienes 60 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s, no es necesario acreditar un n\u00facleo familiar.<\/li><li>Est\u00e9n inscritas en el Registro Social de Hogares (RSH) y pertenezcan hasta el 70%. Recuerda que solo puede postular un grupo familiar por RSH.<\/li><li>Tengan un ahorro m\u00ednimo de 4 UF (aproximadamente $165.000) en una cuenta de ahorro para la vivienda a nombre del postulante.<\/li><li>Acrediten un ingreso familiar mensual entre 7 y 25 UF (entre aproximadamente $290.000 y $1.030.000).<\/li><li>Presenten documentaci\u00f3n que respalde sus ingresos de los \u00faltimos seis meses, como liquidaciones de sueldo, cotizaciones previsionales, pensiones o comprobantes de pago, entre otros.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Importante<\/strong><\/p><p>Si tu grupo familiar tiene m\u00e1s de tres integrantes, el ingreso m\u00e1ximo permitido aumenta en 8 UF (aproximadamente $330.000) por cada integrante adicional.<\/p><p>Para este proceso se considera el valor de la <strong>UF de $41.000<\/strong>, correspondiente al \u00faltimo d\u00eda del mes anterior al inicio de las postulaciones.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo postular?<\/strong><\/p><p>Puedes hacerlo de dos formas:<\/p><p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f<\/strong><strong> En l\u00ednea:<\/strong> ingresando a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minvu.cl\"><strong>www.minvu.cl<\/strong><\/a> con tu Clave\u00danica.<\/p><p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f<\/strong><strong> Presencialmente:<\/strong> en las oficinas del SERVIU Metropolitano, ubicadas en Arturo Prat N\u00b0 80.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfNecesitas orientaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p><p>Si tienes dudas o necesitas apoyo con el proceso, ac\u00e9rcate al Departamento de Vivienda, ubicado en Av.
